Subject: Image Processing Question

Hi,
Im developing some kind of scanner program. Most of the image processing functions are in TImageScrollBox. But I need couple of new transforms. Is there anybody did develop these functions? Or anybody can show me resource to develop. Here is the functions;
1.Blob Removal
2.Shading Removal
3.Line Removal
4.Dot Matrix Text Repair
5.Inverse Text Correction
6.Erode
7.Dilate
