Thanks for your reply.
Annotation and similar things are usually used for handling scanned forms and other existing images.
My intention is to have a tool may be used to DESIGN and print forms on paper (which may later be scanned and processed again). I already have programmed such a tool, but its state today is rather basic. All the basic graphic function in Delphi and Envision are there. What I need is the possibility to pick and place objects, move and change them, save and load them.
