Subject: TIFF Tag 278

I've just encountered a file that could be read fine by Wang Imaging among other graphics apps but is not read correctly by Envision. The tag 278 is missing and Envision is defaulting to CDefaultRowsPerStrip (16). According to the TIFF spec the default should be 2^32 - 1. I ran my app and when this error occured changed the value to this in the debugger and the graphic loaded fine. Why is CDefaultRowsPerStrip set to 16?
