Thanks for your encouragement. About the internal exceptions with tif tags, there should be very few in version2. EnCLib.TIFFGetField no longer raises and exception with returns a Boolean instead. They may still be a few causes where an internal exception is raised, but it should be rare.
Email me the tiff file and I will see if I can do something about this.
