Hi Sean,

The first thing is I would avoid the MultiLoad := True, unless you are sure the file does not have too many images. A tiff file with hundreds of images with multiload will consume a lot of memory.

You are only calling AppendToStream once, so only one images is appended. You need to call AppendToStream for each image in the source file.

If using multiload, use the CurrentFrame property to select the current image, and the FrameCount property to determine the number of images in the source image.
