Subject: evaluation message/conversion

I have the following questions:
-I ave 2 applications using your envision image library
both applications are working fine, but 1 application
gives an evaluation message when starting, the other not
(I did follow your instruction how to remove the
evaluation message)
-I am trying to convert an bmp image to a jpg image but
the result is a file with a size of zero

how can i resolve these problems
