Yeah, I tried that. It got me a little further though. Now I'm getting an error "Unknown Picture File Extension". The source file it is failing on is EnlmgScr.pas, LoadGraphic procedure, and it is hilighting "DibGraphic := TDibGraphic.Create;", but I think it's really failing on the line above:

Picture.LoadFromFile(FileName);

Sorry about the rant in the post after this one, I'm afraid yesterday wasn't a good day for me :-)

Thanks for all the help so far. By the way, you were correct, the .dcu files are automatically generated the first time the source is compiled in an application.
