Hello,
I am Japanese and registerd user, I am not good at English.
I am C++Builder 5 user.
I have three questions.

[Question 1]
How big is the maximum value of the Properties Width and Height of the TResizeTransform ?

[Question 2]
Please teach me the meaning of the following filter types and quality order.
ifTriangle ?
ifHermite ?
ifBell ?
ifBSpline ?
ifLanczos3 ?
ifMitchell ?

[Question 3]
With the TImageScrollBox component, MouseMode property is mmDrag.
When the left mouse button and the right mouse button is pressed at the same time,
the hand shape cursor is left grasping.
Why ? Is this Bug ?
