A few more things to add: I updated my Visioneer Twain drivers. Also, it only gives me this problem when I use the 1 bit scan. If I use the grayscale (for example), it works fine.
I also scanned my image and used the PaperPort Software with the same settings and saved to file and loaded it, it looked like it was suppose to. That semi-suggests that the PaperPort side of it is working correctly, but who knows.

If nothing else, is there a simple why to just reverse my image, meaning Black = White / White = Black (like a negative)?
