Subject: GetDIB

We repaired a CreateDIB failure and now have a GetDIB failure. Actually we didn't notice but we were getting the Get error along but the frequency is increasing.

I have read some of the post and noticed your GetMem problem and can make the fix but you have
GetMem(BitmapHeaderPtr, HeaderSize);
GetMem(BitmapBits, ImageSize);
In TDibGraphic.AssignFromBitmapHandle and are only fixing the second call is this right.
