Hi Dave,

What you can do is to create a TTiffGraphic globally to your form so you won't have to create/destroy everytime you receive an image. Then you can simple call AssignFromDibHandle and SaveToFile.

To test the speed, try isolating the variables, ie, don't save your files, turn off anti-aliasing, one by one and check the differences in speed.
