Hi Phil,

I seem to recall a long time a ago something similar, but not necessary with Envision. In Delphi 6, I can drop a TImageScrollBox, remove it, add it, etc..., close delphi and I don't get the error. It could be some strange interactions with other design time libraries. Try unloading one by one a few other third party libraries, just to test and isolate the problem.
