Improved TAntiAlias transform (faster and better quality). The transform
allows resizing. ImageScrollBox uses the new antialiasing transform.

When loading a 256 or 16 color image check if it is gray and set the
image format accordingly.

Fix access violation when loading 8 bit tga files which are stored
"bottom to
top".

Fix TIFFOpen error when TDibGraphic.MultiLoad is true and the file has a
single
image.

Add EnMisc.IsOdd

Fix potention floating point exception in external DLLs by adding
EnMisc.SafeTrunc. Thanks to Andrew Pitts.
