I am actually not sure what the best approach is for this.
Are you doing your drawing on ImageScrollBox.Graphic?

What I would try first is make TImageScrollBox.FImage available through a property.

Then do your changes in ImageScrollBox.Graphic, followed by

ImageScrollBox.DisplayedGraphic.Assign(ImageScrollBox.Graphic);

ImageScrollBox.Image.Invalidate;

Let me know how this goes. This assumes your zoom is at 100%.
