Hi Mike,

Yes this may be done easily without any visual component. You first need to load your graphic in the appropropriate TDibGraphic derived class, for example, TJpegGraphic.

The use the TRotateTransform to rotate the graphic. The you can save the graphic using, for example, JpegGraphic.SaveToFile(...)
