Hi Bill,

Let me know what you find. As was able to reproduce the problem exactly as you described, and it was the thread that was not terminating because it was suspended. TThread.Free in Delphi 6 does not seem to end the thread.

Make sure you recompile the design-time package with the new code. Delete all the DCU files to be sure.
