Hi Bret,

The first thing I would check is the resolution returned after scanning. For example, check the XDotsPerInch and YDotsPerInch properties of the TTiffGraphic that has been saved from the scanning. Then check the dimensions of the graphic (width,height). From that you will be able to determine what size the graphic should be when printed. For example, 3000 pixels at 300 dpi, should print 10 inches.

Also, check the print mode you are using.
