Subject: TImageScrollBox Hanging On Destroy

The TImageScrollBox Component is hanging on destroy.
I tracked it down to the TImageScrollBox.Destroy
When TImageScrollBox.Destroy calls FReadAheadThread.Free;
The ReadAhead thread is not closing.

If you comment out the "Priority := tpLowest;"
line in the Thread Execute function, it gives
the thread a chance to terminate sometimes.
