Hi Darrell,

If the MouseMode property is mmDrag you will get the hand cursor. Try,

ImageScrollBox.MouseMode := mmUser;
ImageScrollBox.Cursor := crCross;

By setting the MouseMode to mUser, this "clears" the current mouse handler.
