Hi Konstantin,

The model choosen for Envision was the VCL model, where graphic classes are derived from TGraphic. Each graphic class is responsible for a particular format. This means you need to know the extension to determine the proper graphic type to use.

It would be possible though the find the format based on the contents of a file, but this is not supported. I have added it as a request for a future version.
