Subject: Unable to open twain source

Hello
My hardware : Philps ToUcam USB, w2k, bcbuilder 5

I have the problem that I just run the demo for c builder 5 and the first time I execute the demo as it is. The twain driver opens and it works fine. After making snap shoot i saw the pic at window of demo.
So next step I tried to hide the user interface as it was in the demo. Now I got error: Unable to open twain source
It also happens if I tried to change resolution and Image format as the camera wants.

what can I do to locate problem?
