I will check that out. I was thinking I had remarked out the resize and it didn't make much difference. If I resized prior to conversion it would speed up but the image quality was poor. Let me redo my tests and check out the interpolation setting.

Thanks again for your input. I'm certainly learning quite a bit about images and formats. Geesh! :o)
