Subject: Move (translate) and combine TIFF Images

I want to be able to assemble a number of images (I have TIFFs at the moment) into a larger image.

I have looked for function to move an image, or to copy one image into another at given co-ordinates, but I can't see it.

Am I missing something, or is this something Envision is not (at the moment) suitable for.
