Subject: ImageScrollbox MouseUp action

I am using a Paintbox plus Scrollbox to display images and have hit an anomoly in the way the LH and RH mouse up event works. Looking to see how TImageScrollbox worked in this respect I found it has the same anomoly!

To demonstrate run the Demo program and load a large image which can be scrolled. Using the LH button first (important) scroll the image and release the button outside the scroll box. Bring the cursor back over the ImageScrollbox, the cursor is the open hand and the mouse has released. All as expected.

Now repeat the exercise with the RH mouse. In this case the OnMouseUp handler is not called, and when the cursor is brought back over the ImageScrollbox the scrolling action is reactivated even though the mouse is now up. The cursor is now stuck as the clenched hand.

Any thoughts on bringing the RH into line with the LH action?
