If you make the TImage component not Visible on your form it should be find. It may want the Parent property to be assigned, which is the case when it is dropped on a form.

I'm not sure on this, since they display correctly in the TImage. You may want to try,

Bitmap->PixelFormat = pf24Bit;

before,

Bitmap->Width = Image->Picture->Graphic.Width;

Have you verified the 296 tag error. I seems that your file does not have the resolution unit tag. This is ok, Envision will use a default.
