Couod you email me a very simple program that can reproduce this.

There was a thread on this forum a few months ago, about the "Create DID section" fail message, with large images which may be related.

You may want to try MemProof, www.totalqa.com on your project. The last time I tested with MemProof I did not locate leaks.
