I apologies for the delay. I have been on vacation and was planning to continue working on

Envision, but I took the time off instead.

This seems to be ok. What type of image format (palette, true color...) are you using? Also

did you double check the that transparent color that you set is contained in your graphic?

You may also set explicitely the BackgroundColor when loading the image to double check.
