Subject: Delphi weird startup dialog

Hello,
I installed the trial for the Envision Image Library in to Delphi 3 a month ago. Immediately after install, I noticed that two dialogs popped up when starting Delphi. The second dialog is the "This is a trial version of Envision" dialog. This is understandable. The first dialog displays the name of the project that will be automatically opened and an OK button. For ex:

D:/Projs/TestApp.dpr
OK

I had never seen this before installing Envision. I uninstalled Envision via Win98 Add/Remove -- no more "Envison warning", but I still get the "Project OK" dialog.

Where did this "Project OK" dialog come from and how do I get rid of it. I imagine some registry entry was set to display the "Envision warning" and was not reset during uninstall.

Thanks,
Barry.
