Dear Peter,

Your code seems ok, except for the Graphic.Free after the Exit call which will never be executed. You can just remove that line because the finally block will always free the
graphic, even if you have an Exit call.

For the leak, it may be your twain driver. The first thing I would do is try a multipage scan with another program, for example, Imaging for Windows, and see if the leak still occurs.
