I must have a problem at my end compiling code.

I load a 1200 x 1650 BMP at 5.8 megs into demo
and save as TIFF. The resulting tif is 5.8 megs.
Saving as JPEG the file is 548KB. Running in or
out of the IDE doesn't matter.

I trace the code and it attemps to set the tiff
true color compression to tcJPEG. It seems to show
that the compression stays at tcNone.

I suspect I am loading or compiling wrong but its
got me. ( I am a newbie to Delphi )

I downloaded a precompiled DEMO from your site
and appeared to get an error message when saving tiff.
ETiffError TIFFSetIntField: Tag = 278

I don't think it's a problem with my machine, I beleive
I have the same problem at work, but I'll check another machine.
