Woke is used derogatory for the changing and over the top stuff that HR teams and media have introduced to our lives by force.

It is anything but "progressive" for the majority. Ie having a joke or in this case rubbing a players head, sure people shouldn't be having those interactions on a regular but a 1 off with no ill intent who cares.
