You should always be getting new talent in and developing the talent you have.

5 first round picks over last two years, Grundy, Broomhead, Kenndey, Scharenberg, Freeman, and young talent in Adams (so you can sorta say 3) There has been fair amount of rejuventnation over the last few years.

Hard to see Pies being able to get another extra first round pick this year unless Nathan Brown is hugely attractive to some club.
