Actually, more. Hardwick is slowly turning things around I think. Provided they don't sack him (and sorry to say TT, with your lot there's always a chance it could happen), two/three seasons. Might firm as a good mid-tier side and after that? Maybe just maybe, start up push up into the top half-dozen going around. Lose Cotchin and supposedly my lot are making big behind the scenes 'small talk' to him would be a big blow to it happening though.

Re the four, Saints, Dogs, Melb, Ess, GWS, Carl, Coll (both need new recruiting managers and I don't blame Coll for trying to nick Wright 'home'). Plus not sure either coach is correct for either side. And to throw a surprise in, Freo.

Lyon's never rebuilt a side and with Pav, MacP, Mundy, The 7ft block of concrete and moves slower in the middle all getting on. There's a lot of K/P needs going to be needed filling and soon. Adelaide I think will be okay with Phil being appointed as coach. Never took to Sanderson for some reason. Still, they're 50/50 atm. Sydney IF they start losing a few more like Malceski who get the collective noses out of joint having to take pay-cuts for Buddy and a lesser extent in Tippet (again, rumours Hawthorn want Joey 'home' to replace Sewell short term, Sam long term).

Hell, near on every side in the game if it doesn't really don't all the 'i', cross the 't' and really invest big time in recruiting and player management with how, as the Dogs have shown with the tail (players) very much wagging the boss (coach/admin). Collapse, like we did in 2009, Woods the following year, can hit faster and harder than many think possible.
