No. Not at all. If you were smart enough and had the balls, and Buddy wanted to go there (and frankly why would he want to when Eddie turns everything into a marketing exercise at Northbank) your lot would have got him. It is free agency and Buddy's desire to play and live in the best city in the country that has landed him in Sydney.

Tippett is on $800k a year. Whats Cloke on? How about Gazza? So don't give me shit about biggest deal in AFL history. Talk facts Pete, don't resort to lies and bullshit, ala Tony Abbott.

Seems to me it would have been fine to many in Vic club land if Buddy went to GWS. Thats ok thats very non threatening to our lovely little Vic based club cartel, but as soon as one of the interstate clubs has a bit of success, how dare they pull off a deal like this.

And now Carlton are whinging. The club that gave birth to the legalised 3rd party payments outside of the cap!!! Fuck me serial cheats. How many of their (whatever the number is) premierships were achieved via rorting the system through cap cheating etc, and player payments made via brown paper bags.

I'm loving the bullshit that is flying around the airwaves of talkback radio at the moment. Opinion and rhetoric dressed up as fact, really is the world of the uniformed.
