collingwood weren't great - just okay, and Pendlebury was clearly the difference.
But the real story is Richmond was dreadful.
Just dumb footballers. Lots of them.
For example, everyone in Victoria could see Macaffer scragging and holding Cotchin. If you do that shit even in district football someone will notice the tagger and make his life hell. It's not rocket science.
Kicking to marking contests deep in the forward pockets? I'd get dragged for that in reserve grade district football.
Honestly. Richmond has more dumb footballers than anyone else.
