This is by no means the first time I've stated this fact (and most probably won't be the last). Essendon are a dry weather, fair weather team and good when these conditions prevail.

They just cannot and will not play well otherwise. They love the sterile conditions of Etihad and a bright, sunny day at the G. Otherwise, they're cack.
