Perhaps I should reiterate ( so not to get up the noses of some people in here )
Doc Reid has been part of the Essendon club for 30 years. Its his baby . He lives and breathes Essendon and proudly displays this fact in his office up in Bundoora.
Now we can all speculate and guess as to why he did not go directly to the AFL and lag on his employer , yet we may never know exactly the reason.
What do you think the reason why he didn't go the the AFL einstein ?
