I'm not suggesting Moore, Adams, Grundy have made 'it' yet. But in terms of class or quality, they are better than most on the Collingwood list and are definately going to improve.
Reid is a premiership quality CHB.

Fasolo actually kicks a lot of goals & is a very important player. Collingwood with Moore & Fasolo fit are a totally different proposition.

Making the 8 means little. It's an 8! That means the last 2 are just average teams. Richmond were bound to make it at some point given their best 5 & Maric playing the role he did. It doesn't make them a good side though.

Could another coach wring any more out of Richmond? It is hard to see it. Does that make Hardwick an average coach? Maybe.

Could Collingwood play better under a better coach? I think the answer is probaly YES.

North are where Richmond were last season.
They've reached their peak & won't fire a shot next season.
Does that make Scott a bad coach?
