Blues wasted many years after securing Judd, wrong coach and support staff, poor recruiting and even worse trading. Even now I am staggered how Kernahan is still president. Carlton need to recruit better and the brand is still is the shitter and as much as you guys can attribute EM for getting pies better top to bottom I blame carlton's weaknesses on poor leadership at the top. Finishing down the ladder is probably not the worst thing could happen this year.
