The governance issue might be the issue that brings Hird, Robson, Bomber down. Hird has a lot of explaining to do.The AFL has set a precedent on the board of a club being responsible for the actions of their staff even if they dont have knowledge of the actions . The Ziggy report may be the evidence the AFL uses to punish Essendon.. Dank will not be making allegations unless he has evidence. Dank may not appear in front ASADA. If Hird wants to clear his name then it will in a defamation case and thats a whole different set of laws.
