I ordered the 3" cd "3 songs" from Good Records via the Papa M site. I believed I was being charged $7.98 in total, $4.99 for the cd and $2.98 for shipping. I have yet to receive my Visa bill but have become aware that I will be charged a $6 "surcharge" for shipping to Japan, on top of the cost of cd and postage. Apparently I should have clicked on a "help" link that would have made me aware of this surcharge. In my experience all online stores have given me an accurate total cost before I finally submit my order. It never even entered my head to check for extra charges. Similarly, all "confirmation mails" I've received have given me accurate charges. My confirmation mail from Good does not mention this surcharge. In short, I feel ripped off.
