Subject: Briddon Brass Band

I am interested in following up The Briddon Family.
I've just been reading The Regular Index Vol 19 1990. On looking at the photo of the Briddon brass band, I can see my late father Frank Green and a friend of his Eddy Congreave. Also on the pic is my grand and great grandad. I have this same photo. I too played in this band in the 50's to early 60's untill it's demise ( I think!) in the 60's. My father and myself went on to play in quite a few colliery bands around Sheffield and district. But the bands most frequented was Habbershuns and Siverwood Colliery Band at Rotherham. My Grandmother lived next to the Fruit Shop on Shoreham St, Just a guess, around 270's number. Her Name was Eliza Green (nee Briddon)I think it was 1960 when she died. Can just remember her but, never I saw my grandad Green. His first name escapes me I think it was Frank snr. Very vague!
If anyone has any info as to names and relatives alive or past away, I would be grateful..
