If you are refering to Frizams Lane, Findern, Derbyshire.

Local legend has it that it is named after one Jack Frizam (Highwayman) who was hung on the corner of what is now Frizams Lane and Buckford Lane.

I'm not sure whether this is can be confirmed or not.
