Subject: All My Boardies, Episode 2x09 - The Taste
Guest Starring Gemma, Dd, with Simon, and Toothy.
Scene opens on Wolfshrub's room, down in the hospital basement. She's lying in bed, looking up at the ceiling. Suddenly, the door opens, and in walks another SeaBoy. Wolfshrub turns her head slightly to look at him, then rolls over, turning her back towards him. He asks her what she's doing, and she says that if they're gonna do this, she'd prefer not to look at him. SeaBoy comes up beside her, and lays a hand on her shoulder. He tells her that he's aware of what the other SeaBoy was doing, and he's gonna help. He's going to find them a way to get out of here, alive. He kisses her shoulder, and Wolfshrub turns around slightly. The two of them kiss properly, and within moments SeaBoy is on top of her, pulling off her top.

Morning. Morgain wakes up with a start, lying in the middle of her hallway. She slowly sits up, rubbing her eyes, looking around her house. She stands up groggily, and walks towards the kitchen. She puts the kettle on, and leans against the counter, her face in her hands. She looks over at her phone, and sees she has a new message. Morgain goes over to the answering machine, and plays the message. It's from Amber, telling Morgain that she's staying with LB until things get sorted out. She hopes Morgain will realise that what she's doing is stupid, and that when she does, to give her a call. Morgain stands there, taking this in - then bursts into tears, slowly falling to the floor.
In ABM's apartment, Dandy slowly wakes up. Her vision is blurry, but when it clears she sees that ABM is finishing getting dressed. She asks him what time it is, and he says that it's almost 9. She turns over in bed, and asks why he's up this early. He replies that he wants to go see Toothy. With that, Dandy sits up, awake and alert. She wants to know why he's going to see Toothy - ABM says he's going to confront him over Joe Camel's shooting. He grabs his jacket, and asks if she's coming. Dandy whips off the covers, and tells ABM to give her ten minutes.
A little bit later, ABM is sitting at the kitchen table, eating a bowl of cereal. Dandy comes staggering in, hurriedly putting her shoes on and almost falling over herself. She grabs a glass of OJ, and gulps it down. ABM asks her why she's in such a hurry, when ten minutes ago she was dead to the world. Dandy falters, saying that it's nothing, but ABM continues to ask her. Dandy tells him that she just doesn't want to miss the meeting with Toothy, and ABM looks as if he's going to question her some more - but he just shrugs, and goes back to eating his cereal. Dandy grabs her keys off the table, and says that they'll take her car. ABM finishes his cereal, and says he just needs to pop into the office to grab something, so they should swing by there. Dandy nods, and the two of them leave.
Over at LB's apartment, LB walks into the guest bedroom. Amber is lying awake, staring up at the ceiling. LB asks if everything's OK, and Amber replies that they are, considering. She just hopes Morgain realises that what she's doing is dangerous, and the sooner she figures that out, the better. LB tentatively asks if they shouldn't try some sort of intervention, but Amber shakes her head. She says that she tried to help Morgain, but it backfired. Badly. LB says that they can't just sit back, and do nothing - Amber lays there, saying that she knows that, but Morgain's a grown woman. They can't change her mind for her. After a few moments of silence, Amber asks how things are between LB and Salty. LB smiles, saying that things between them are great. She doesn't want to jinx it, but she thinks that this could be her first uber-serious relationship. Amber says that she's happy for the two of them, and bemoans her lack of a partner. LB says that things can't be that bad. Amber tells her to look around - all the good ones are either taken, or gay. And it's the same everywhere, she just can't get a decent man. LB raises an eyebrow, and mockingly suggests finding a decent woman. Amber looks as if she is seriously considering it, but then she bursts out laughing. LB, too, starts laughing.
At the office complex, Dandy pulls up outside in the car park. ABM gets out of the car, and says that he's only gonna be a few minutes. Dandy says she'll wait, and then ABM enters the building. He walks through the main reception, but nobody's about. Quickly walking to his office, he goes inside, and starts rooting around through his desk. In the bottom drawer, he finds what he's looking for - a portable hard drive. He snaps it up, and puts it in his pocket. Just then, he hears a noise coming from across the hall. He stops, and listens, but can't hear anything. He tells himself that he's imagining things, and leaves his office. As he walks down the corridor, he hears a noise again - coming from inside AngelX's office. He pauses, and peers in through the door. A rue smile forms across his face, and he opens the door - to find Toothy sitting at the desk, shuffling through AngelX's drawers. Toothy looks up, and casually greets ABM. ABM closes the door, and says that he was just on his way to see him. Toothy stands, and asks if it was anything important. ABM says that it was, actually, but now he wants to know what he's doing in AngelX's office. Toothy says that he was just checking up on his acquistion, nothing dodgy. ABM smirks, and says that he finds that hard to believe. Toothy says that he doesn't have to believe it - it doesn't matter either way. Toothy makes to leave, but ABM blocks his path. Toothy looks at him like he's scum, and tells him to move out the way. ABM says that he just wants to ask a few questions - starting with what happened to Joe Camel.
In Gemma's restaurant, she is telling various workmen where to take the tables, bar equipment, and so forth. Salty walks up to her, and Gemma turns to her with a beaming smile. She asks Salty if this isn't the most exciting thing, doing a total remodelling, and Salty pats Gemma on the shoulder, and tells her to stop watching Trading Spaces. Gemma laughs, and Salty pulls her to one side. She asks her if she's sure about this, given that they're using Toothy's money - a situation which they are yet to resolve, she adds. Gemma shrugs, saying that she's working on getting payment from other sources, to pay Toothy off ASAP. But she can't afford to stay out of business much longer, it was either go ahead with the refurbishment, or postpone it. And she just wanted to do it, she didn't want to sit around under Toothy's thumb for ages. Salty says that as long as she has the funds to pay Toothy back, she should be OK - for the moment, anyway. She warns Gemma that Toothy is a slippery guy, and that she shouldn't be so quick to write him off. Gemma says that she remembers what happened with LB, but she can't let him control her every move. She's just going to pay him off, and that will be the end of it - whether Toothy likes it or not. Salty smiles, and says that she admires her bravado. Just then, the foreman comes up to Gemma, and asks her to check out some items in the store room. She excuses herself from Salty, and leaves with the foreman. Salty watches her walk away, a frown appearing on her face.
Dandy sits in her car, watching the office complex. She glances down at her watch, and notes that ABM's been 10 minutes now. She looks around, and then decides to go in and get him. She locks the car, and walks into the building. She doesn't see anyone around, so heads straight for ABM's office - which is locked. She pulls out her mobile phone, and speed-dials ABM, when suddenly she hears voices from within AngelX's office - male voices. She puts the mobile down, and walks over to the office. She looks in, and sees ABM confronting Toothy. Panicking, she barges in, and demands to know what's going on. ABM looks at her, and says that he thought she was waiting in the car. She points out that he's been a lot longer than "just a minute", then turns her attention to Toothy. She wants him to tell her what he's doing here. ABM says that Toothy was just checking up on them, and then says that so far, he's got nothing out of Toothy as regards Joe's shooting. Dandy looks nervous, and glances at Toothy, who notices her odd demeanour. Toothy asks how they are so sure that he had something to do with the shooting, and ABM says that the rifle Dandy found looked familiar, and it was only last night that he placed it - he'd seen one before, in Toothy's limo. Toothy shrugs, saying that the make of sniper rifle is quite common in the area, and then asks if Dandy was the first one to the scene, if she was the one who found the rifle. ABM nods, and Dandy takes a step back. Toothy throws her a glance, then turns back to ABM. He admits his involvement, and mockingly says that he won't ever do it again. ABM says that they've got his money in the car, although for the mount of trouble that he put them through, they should really keep it. ABM says that he'll go get it, and leaves the office. When he leaves, Toothy smirks, and asks Dandy if she's been playing again.
Morgain pulls up in her car, outside Dd's house. She announces her presence via the intercom, and the gates are buzzed open for her. She drives up, and sees Dd coming out of the house to greet her. She asks herself if Dd ever works anymore, before getting out of her car. Dd comes up to her, and kisses her on the cheek. She's excited Morgain's here, she was just about to call her. Dd's having a small gathering, nothing huge, just some close friends. She was going to call Morgain over, but it seems that the neighbourhood psychic is... well, psychic. Morgain smiles nervously, and says that she really isn't in the mood for a party, however small, and begins to say that she just came round to tell Dd she won't be coming round anymore, when Dd interrupts her, saying that she has to meet her friends from upstate. Dd grabs her hand, and runs inside, Morgain trailing unhappily.

ABM comes back into AngelX's office, carrying the briefcase of money. Toothy and Dandy stop talking when he comes in, and ABM gives her an odd look. Dandy looks away, and Toothy takes the briefcase and opens it. After checking the money quickly, he snaps it shut, and thanks ABM for protecting his investment. ABM rolls his eyes, and says that Toothy's a bit too in love with the money, but Toothy smirks, and asks ABM who said he was talking about the money. He throws a quick glance over at Dandy as he says goodbye, and he walks out. After a few moments, ABM closes the door and asks Dandy what she and Toothy were talking about while he was gone. Dandy says that it was nothing, but ABM presses the question, saying that it definetly looked like something. Dandy closes her eyes, then opens them, saying that Toothy was trying to get her to do a job for him, and she didn't want to. That was it. ABM cocks his head, and asks if that was really it. Dandy nods, and says that it was. She then tells ABM that they still have some unfinished business, as regards Amber. She asks if the police know yet where Joe's motel room was, and ABM shakes his head, saying that he checked in under a false name, so they've got a bit of time - but its only a matter of hours before surveillance footage shows Joe at the motel. They need to act quickly, to get the photos and other such evidence. He tells Dandy that she'll go to the motel room, destroy all the evidence, while he'll go tell Amber the good news. As they're about to leave the office, she asks if they're really going to do this - cover up a double murder. ABM asks if that's going to be a problem, because in his eyes, he's not covering up anything - he's helping out an old friend. He says that if she has a problem with it, she can just say so, and he'll do it alone, and therefore not incriminating her. Dandy says that it's cool, she just wanted to be sure. They smile, and kiss, and then open the office door - to find AngelX and Stormy standing there.
At Dd's house, Morgain sits uncomfortably on a sprawling sofa, surrounded by four other socialites, and Dd. They sit around, smoking weed and drinking copious amounts of wine - Morgain tries to resist, but finds herself having the odd glass of wine, and the occasional toke. Dd notices that Morgain isn't partaking as much as she usually does, and asks if everything's OK. Morgain nods, with false enthusiasm, saying that she's just tired. She again tries to bring up the subject of being cut off from the drugs, but Dd once again interrupts, suggesting that they take the party upstairs. The others happily agree, and begin to shuffle upstairs, one of the women rushing back to grab the wine. Morgain stays on the sofa, watching them go. Dd comes back in, and asks if she's coming, but it comes off more like an order. Morgain contemplates this for a second, then follows Dd.
Upstairs, they enter one of the guest bedrooms. Dd has obviously set this room up for entertaining, as candles are lit everywhere, and there's a neat pile of cocaine baggies on the bed. The guests dive for the bags, each grabbing two or three. Dd comes up to a reluctant Morgain, and hands her two bags. Morgain stares at them for a moment, deciding what to do. She looks at the others, eagerly cutting the coke and ready to get snorting, and heads into the bathroom. She locks the door, and sits on the toilet. She stares at the bags some more, before ripping one open. She's about to throw it down the sink, when she stops. She slowly moves the coke over to the lid on the toilet-roll dispenser, and pours some out. She reaches inside her bag, and takes out her credit card. She gingerly cuts the coke, then puts the card back, pulling out a twenty. She rolls it up, then pauses again. She looks back at the door, then down at the coke - before snorting it up thoroughly.
Back at the office complex, AngelX and Stormy are still standing at her office door. Dandy falters, unsure what to say. AngelX repeats the question, asking what they were doing in her office. She glances over ABM's shoulder, and sees that the files on her desk are in disarray. She wants to know why they were looking at her files, and ABM says that they weren't. AngelX barges past him, and Stormy asks him how they got like that if he and Dandy didn't do it. ABM says that Toothy was here, but AngelX scoffs, asking how he got in here without a key. Dandy mutters that they'd be surprised at his resourcefulness, and AngelX asks what she said. Dandy looks at her, and just says that Toothy doesn't need a key. Stormy retorts that of course he doesn't - he has his two spies on the inside. ABM turns to her, and angrily says that they aren't working for Toothy. Stormy raises an eyebrow, and says that that isn't what it looks like. AngelX pauses Stormy, and says that they're telling the truth - she holds up a handwritten note, saying "nice try". She informs Stormy that the "stuff" is missing. Stormy doesn't get it at first, but when AngelX says that the info on their little sojourn has gone missing, Stormy nods. She asks how AngelX can be sure that ABM or Dandy didn't take it, and ABM looks confused, asking what they're talking about. AngelX says she recognises Toothy's handwriting. ABM again asks what they're talking about, and then it occurs to him to ask where they've been the past day or two. AngelX says that he doesn't need to know, and asks them all to leave her office. ABM and Dandy begrudgingly leave, but Stormy stays. She asks if AngelX is OK, and she replies that she is, and she's glad that they made copies of all the evidence, otherwise they'd be screwed. Stormy points out that Phaedra still has the CD. AngelX asks her to go see her, and fill her in. Stormy does so, as AngelX swivels her chair to look outside the window. After a moment, a voice behind says that she looks like she's got the weight of the world on her shoulders. AngelX whirls round, and sees Simon standing in her doorway. She pesters him to get in, before anyone sees. Simon nonchalantly walks in, telling her to relax. He comes round, and begins to massage her shoulders. AngelX starts to melt, but regains focus, and tells him to stop. She says that she doesn't want to do this anymore, it's too dangerous. Simon asks her if she's sure thats what she wants, but as he does this he takes off his shirt. AngelX pauses, and stammers out that it is what she wants. Simon continues to undress, and begins to push AngelX down onto the desk, as she continues to refuse to do this anymore - until they kiss passionately, and AngelX rips open her shirt.
Morgain leaves the bathroom, her world view sufficiently altered. Dazed, she stumbles over to the bed, and lays down on it, exhausted. Dd looms into her view, and asks if the new stuff is good. Morgain smiles, and says its better, then asks what new stuff Dd's talking about. Dd holds up a bag, and says that this is from a new supplier - uncut Nicaraguan. Morgain smiles again, and says that she loves this one. Dd smirks, and says that she's happy Morgain likes it. Morgain sits up, and notices that two of the socialites are already having sex, on a chair in the corner of the room. She watches for a moment, until a man sidles up behind her on the bed, asking if she's jealous. He begins to kiss her neck, and Morgain makes a half-hearted attempt to brush him off. They fall onto the bed, laughing and kissing. Dd watches all this going on, smirking.
At her office, AngelX buttons up her shirt again, sitting with her back towards Simon. He asks her if she still wants to stop, but she doesn't reply. Simon finishes getting changed, and kisses her on the top of her head. He says that he'll see her tonight, and AngelX asks why he'd think she'd want to see him. Simon laughs, and says that after that "arrival", there's no way she's not going to want to see him. He leaves, as AngelX shakes her head, laughing. She sits back in her chair, and looks out the window, watching as Simon gets into his limo. Just then, there's a knock at the door - it's Dandy. She tells AngelX that she can't stay long, but she just wanted to drop in, and tell her that she knows about her shagging sessions with Simon. AngelX is stunned, not sure what to say. Dandy says that its OK, everybody does something they're ashamed of once in a while. She asks AngelX if it was worth it, jeopardising her job, her standing in the community, for the multiple-O. AngelX pulls herself together, and asks Dandy how she can know, she was sure nobody was watching. Dandy's eyes widen, and exclaims that she didn't know it was still going on. No, she's referring to a week ago. She pauses, and says that its even better that it's still going on, right under everybody's noses. She comes in closer, and leans on the desk. She tells AngelX that now that she has dirt on her, AngelX had better be careful what she throws in her and ABM's way. Or some very nasty secrets will become public knowledge. She winks at AngelX, then leaves. AngelX holds her head in her hands, grimacing.
At her restaurant, Gemma and Salty are saying goodbye to the workmen. The foreman asks Gemma if its the same time tomorrow, and Gemma tells him to make it an hour later - they got a lot more done today than she anticipated, and she doesn't want to overwork the crew. The foreman smiles, and agrees. He leaves, and Salty locks the door. They go into the office, and sit down, cracking open a bottle of wine. They congratulate themselves on a good day's work, then suddenly the phone rings. Gemma picks it up, a bit giggly, and realises it's Toothy on the other end. She instantly becomes serious, and tells him that she's working on paying him back. Toothy cuts her off, telling her not to bother. After the stunt she and Salty pulled the other day, the other Directors have decided to pull out of this particular venture. Toothy tells her not to worry about the money - as he's said before, it's child play. He tells her to have a nice day, and hangs up. Salty asks a dazed Gemma who that was, and Gemma replies, stunned, that it was Toothy. He's pulling out of her business, and that the money will stay with Gemma. Salty looks on, agape, as Gemma thinks about this. Suddenly, she squeals in excitement, and hugs Salty, saying that this is everything they wanted. Salty hugs her back, trepidly, with a worried look on her face.
In Joe Camel's motel room, the door is slowly cracked open by a crowbar. A hand reaches in, and switches on the light - it's Dandy. She walks in, and shuts the door. Taking off her gloves, and putting the crowbar down, she looks around - all his belongings have been packed up in cases. She sighs, and begins to look in the cases for all the evidence against Amber. In the third case she looks in, she finds just a key. Looking at it oddly, she takes the key, and notices that the inscription on it labels it as a hotel safety deposit box key. She looks at the number - 47 - and quickly leaves, taking her gloves and the crowbar with her.
She walks up to reception, and asks to be taken to her deposit box. The clerk asks her which number, and she tells him. He asks her to follow him, which she does. He takes her into a room with 50 deposit boxes in, and then asks if that will be all. Dandy says that it will, and he leaves. She goes straight to the box, and opens it up - sure enough, inside are the photos and documents proving that Amber murdered her professor and his wife. She puts the box on the floor, and pulls out a matchbox. She lights a match, and is about to drop it onto the pile of papers, when she pauses. She looks down at the papers, then back at the match - then blows the match out. She picks up all the documents and photos, closes the deposit box again, and leaves. She hands the key in at reception as she leaves, walking towards her car. When she gets to her car, she looks at the papers one last time, before opening her car boot, and pulling out the first aid kit. She throws all the first aid stuff out on the floor, and puts the papers in, in their place. Closing the car boot, she looks around nervously, then gets in her car, and drives off.
Back at Dd's, Morgain is lying on the bed, basking in the afterglow. The man from earlier lies next to her, naked, sweaty, and asleep. Suddenly, Morgain feels the weight shifting on the bed, and looks down - she sees two men have joined her on the bed, and they're both naked. She sweetly tells them that she's tired, before rolling over, but is jerked back around by Dd. Morgain asks what's going on, and Dd stands back, saying that Morgain's had a free ride so far. It's time she started paying back her dues. As the camera pulls back, we see one of the men holding Morgain down, as the other begins to rape a screaming Morgain. Dd watches all of this, smiling.

Morgain recovers from her ordeal, but realises that the nightmare isn't over when an attempt to escape from Dd leads to an unwanted outcome...
When the police turn up at Gemma's restaurant, investigating claims of money laundering and con tricks, Salty realises that Toothy isn't quite done with them yet....
Toothy confronts Simon over his apparent betrayal, and Dandy becomes aware of what AngelX has been doing behind her back...
SeaBoy continues his quest to escape from TomSmeagol's lair, along with Wolfshrub, and catches a lucky break... but is it too little, too late?

As Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Sarah Michelle Gellar kicked some serious television butt. Still up until recently, she couldn't seem to conquer the big screen. All that has changed with a little film called, "The Grudge". Now she's a big movie star, with a few karate kicks for our Reporter.
SMG: Frightened now. Absolutely frightened. Now you're seeing what frightens me.

Karl Stefanovik (Voice Over): What's this? The vampire slaying, karate kicking, queen of the undead feels fear? Ridiculous it sounds. True, it seems. And even more scary her fear comes in the form of suit wearing, pencil pushing types.
KS 100%: You see, now I'm feeling nervous.
SMG: You have a really strange mind. Has anyone ever told you this before?

KS (VO): Believe it or not, Sarah fears reporters and she's been talking to a lot of them lately. Ever since she resurrected her career with a relatively low budget fright flick, called "The Grudge". "The Grudge" has done monster business in the United States, and now Sarah is pointing fingers, an laughing at the critics who thought she was damned.
KS 100%: This film is the second highest grossing film of all time, with a female in the lead. Did you know that?
SMG: Yes.
KS: How do you feel about that?
SMG: It's incredible. I mean, it's pretty over whelming.
KS: Now do women know ... (laughs) here I go again. She's on my back. (laughs)
SMG: I'm not on your back.
KS: Would you get off my back. With the finger.
SMG: Do I look like I'm on your back? I'm facing you.
KS: What was I saying again?
SMG: I have no idea.
KS: It was something important.
SMG: I bet it was.
KS: And you distracted me.
SMG: I'm sorry. (laughs)
KS: You should be sorry.
SMG: I'm sorry!
(SMG laughs, and then we cut to footage of Buffy and Dawn fighting in the grave, at the end of Season 6 finale, "Grave".)
KS(VO): Gellar is in a stellar mood. She's been quiet for a while, taking it easy since she laid Buffy to rest.
SMG: Taking a break, you know. Taking ... having a vacation. Seeing my friends, catching up on my life that for 8 years had taken a back seat to work.
KS: Would you do it again?
SMG: Absolutely. It was ... and I don't live my life that way. I don't live my life in the past. It was an amazing experience. Offering me incredible opportunities. Meeting amazing people. I am very, Very proud of that show, and I wouldn't do anything differently.
KS(VO): A not so amazing experience, "Scooby Doo" and it's sequel, "Scooby Doo 2". Not exactly Oscar contending stuff.

KS: Were you personally worried about, you know, what the future held for you after "Scooby Doo 2"?
SMG: Not really. I mean, I didn't have a lot to do in "Scooby Doo 2", so it wasn't (chuckles) an incredibly rewarding experience for me. But to me, that was sort of the time where ... that was the end of anything I was obligated to do. Anything I was committed to doing. And after that it was about finding things that I wanted to do. Things that I wanted to be a part of.
KS (VO): But getting back to the big screen wasn't easy. One of Hollywood's brightest young stars found herself on unfamiliar terrain. Having to audition for a Director who spoke little English, and who had some strange ideas about film making.
SMG: There's nothing like taking a cold shower with 17 Japanese men. I mean you might do it ... often. I don't wanna speak for you. (pause) I'm not judging you. I'm not judging you at all. I'm just saying, (laughs) it may be something you choose to do. It was just a new experience for me.
KS (VO): But it all worked out, and now Sarah's hotter than ever. Dealing with renewed stardom and confronting her fears. Like Buffy did. Head on.
KS 100%: Well thank you very much for talking to me.
SMG: Okay.
KS: It's been an absolute pleasure.
SMG: (laughs) Sorry about giving you a hard time.

Oh dear poor SeaBoy! But I’m glad that in this fic no-one stays dead for long Lol
I have so many poors *laughs* Morgain’s a druggie now :(, Seaboy’s not dead after all..but isn’t himself, I’ve dragged Salty and LB into possible murder and the only relationship that’s relatively working out (Abm and Dandy) is hitting on problems. Wow! But a bigger wow How does toothy get out of every situation? Is there a handbook or something?
Hmm maybe there is someone who can help me with my toothy problem.. Can I borrow the money off toothy to get you and dandy to help me?
Lol so seasboy’s clone is nice..but very dead..If you kill off all the clones does the original mysteriously come back?
With all these SeaBoy’s it makes me wonder how long WolfShrub can stay sane.
Squeals happily yay I don’t have to pay back toothy..hang on a minute there’s a catch somewhere. I really need his handbook of evil to find out what it is. reads the tomorrow bit Oh so that’s the catch.. Now if everyone else is using sex to their advantage Why can’t I? Oh yeah there’s that no pregnancy clause in my contract and if I did we’d have more little Gemma’s running around than there are SeaBoys *grins*
