Discription: She has short blonde hair (which is normally gelled) and very bright blue eyes. Her smile is almost contagious(sp?). Her figure is athletic -yet slender- and slightly tanned.

Special Abilities: She has to real 'powers' but in time of a crisis she is always good to have on your side, willing to help in anyway she can.

She has just returned from a 'road trip' of sorts. It was not the kind of road trip you go on with friends, but one you go alone. Old memories were stirred and are now almost reality again. Secrets and Lies rule her mind, which is now a million places at once -She seems distant. Rio is not her normal self, her anger and frustration had no outlet on the drive back. When she returned she put all of it into reviving the store, exhausting herself. Rio is definatoly not her normal self.
