starwberries are a no no on the induction. But as cheats go, strawberries aren't too bad. Induction is so strict because it is supposed to get all of the sugar out of your system. If you don't have that much to loose, I suppose you could go to the OWL part of the program. By the way, never feel bad when you eat something that you know isn't the best food to eat- this is intended to be away of life, not a temporary "diet", this is a very healthy way to live!
