Back In The Day when I was 78Champ, I was Older and Wiser, I was truly King, maybe even CTHS. It was at that time that I became a has been and decided to expound glorious amounts of absurd bullshit about what I pretend to know. I go out of my way to demoralize up and coming track and x-c athletes by asumming I know how you are doing in your training and applying my bullshit to what I believe will be your "last race".....I hate these assholes and wish they would shut there F**king mouths.
