Subject: Hey, what's the real deal with the Jackiewitz girl?

I have seen her mentioned alot on the jo board and who the hell is she? I never see her name in the paper or in any race. Is she from another state? The posts I have read are like she is a big deal or like Juli Ulmeyer. What gives?
