If you didn't want me you should have just told me instead of leading me on! she throws her head up refusing to look at him. I wish you both the best she says before galloping out as fast as she can. she slows to a stop outside of his tt. Why did he lie to me she wonders? I waited for him in the Open Meadow and he never came she sighs and fights against the tears welling up in twin oculi. then she shakes her head, hard, trying to pull herself together. she had finally trusted someone again, going against her better judgement, only to be rejected yet again. why was I so stupid she wonders then slinks off she needed to get away from him, from everything.
