Please let us know your site, customer no. and email address and we will try to assist you. You should be trying to install from the release CD not form a previously installed version of DataFile. Do you have the correct rights to the server ? Is DataFile running correctly for other users ? Is this a licensed version or a trial ? Which Datafile version are you running ?
